Ebony is the Licensed Conveyancer and the owner/director of EMC, providing professional conveyancing services throughout New South Wales with a strong focus on the Hunter Region and in the rural region of Parkes.

Ebony graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney in Conveyancing Law and Practice and Powers of Attorney Law and Practice. Ebony is a Just of the Peace and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division Ltd.

With over 25+ years Conveyancing experience Ebony commenced her career in 2000 at a rural legal practice in Orange and then in Parkes NSW. Ebony has extensive experience in residential property transactions, Ebony has assisted hundreds of clients through the purchase, sale and transfer of property. She is committed to delivering a personalised and client-focused service, ensuring her clients understand each stage of the conveyancing process and feel supported from contract review through to settlement.

Ebony has developed a reputation for providing clear advice, prompt communication and practical solutions to help buyers and sellers navigate what is often one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. Her experience spans a broad range of property matters, including first home buyer purchases, established homes, off-the-plan contracts, vacant land transactions, family transfers, strata properties, rural properties and investment purchases.

Bianca Draffin is the office manager and senior assistant at EMC, playing an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business and delivering exceptional service to clients throughout their property transaction.

With over 30+years in the legal industry Bianca has strong organisational and client service skills, Bianca is often one of the first points of contact for clients, providing a friendly and professional experience from initial enquiry through to settlement. She assists with client onboarding, file management, appointment coordination, communication with industry professionals and the administrative processes that support a seamless conveyancing experience.

Bianca oversees the efficient operation of the practice, ensuring systems, procedures and client communications are managed to a high standard. Her attention to detail, commitment to customer service and ability to coordinate multiple matters simultaneously help ensure clients receive timely updates and support throughout their conveyancing journey.
