East Maitland Conveyancing opened its doors in December 2016, operating from the display village of Waterford County Estate, Chisholm.

As we have grown our office is now located at 8/ 24 Garnett Road, East Maitland, as well as providing mobile conveyancing services to make the buying and selling process seamless for every client.

Our office is located on the ground level with ample car parking at the front of the premises.

East Maitland Conveyancing is open after hours and weekends by appointment.

A bit about Ebony

Ebony Draffin is the Licensee at East Maitland Conveyancing and can assist you through the conveyancing process whether you are Buying, Selling, Transferring or Leasing property in NSW.

Ebony is a Licensed Conveyancer graduating from Macquarie University Sydney in Conveyancing Law and Practice and Powers of Attorney Law and Practice. Ebony is a Justice of the Peace and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers NSW Division Ltd.

Ebony has 20+years experience in the conveyancing industry and started her career in 2000 at rural legal practice at Orange and then at Parkes. Ebony has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property dealings including sale and purchase of residential, rural (including water licenses) and commercial properties, subdivisions, sale and purchase of businesses, commercial leases, SMSF property investment and Powers of Attorney.
